Many of our families drive from across the Las Vegas valley because our program is truly one of a kind. No other school gives every student — from Kindergarten through 12th grade — a daily public speaking class. We also offer school tours every Monday so you can see our campus and community before you decide. We do not provide transportation, so we encourage you to visit and weigh the commute against the unique opportunities your child would gain.

We understand this is an important consideration for many working families. Explore Knowledge Academy of Public Speaking operates Tuesday through Friday. While we are a four-day school, our Explore More after-care program runs until 6:00 PM every school day. For Monday childcare, families typically arrange other care solutions. We offer intramural sports rather than competitive league teams. Intramurals are student-driven — we have offered volleyball, soccer, basketball, and speedball, among others, based on what students want to play. If organized competitive sports are a top priority, we encourage you to weigh that against the many other programs and opportunities our school provides.

Our high school program includes honors courses, dual enrollment (allowing students to earn college credits), theater arts, and a wide variety of student-initiated clubs. Secondary students can even start their own club with teacher approval and administrative sign-off. We are always growing our offerings based on student interest and we encourage families to ask about current elective options during a Monday tour.

The safety of every student is our top priority. All exterior doors remain locked during school hours. Visitors must ring a bell at one of our three front offices, where staff will verify the purpose of the visit before buzzing anyone in. We have cameras both inside and outside the building, and an exterior gate is secured when school is not in session. These measures are in place to protect your child — and we appreciate families understanding why open classroom access during the school day is not something we are able to offer.

Enrollment at Explore Knowledge Academy is first-come, first-served until a grade level reaches capacity. Once a grade level is full, we move to a lottery-based system.
